SUPER DESCA STONE

PROPERTIES:

SUPER DESCA STONE is a liquid product, formulated in acid base, humectants and surfactants compounds, that reduce surface tension to allow an easier and thorough cleaning and removing traces of iron oxide present as a result of very different causes, on surfaces such as granite and concrete pedestals of monuments, concrete walls, and above all for its aesthetic importance in stone surfaces of very different origin, frequently employed in the design of facades. Among the most common causes of staining of iron oxide, may be mentioned, impurities in the material itself, stains from rusted items next to reach the material, fouling from the sawn or bush hammered granite, metal debris from the cutting tools and machining workshops and industries involved in natural stone handling, filtration oxide outward from the hooks used for holding the stone, etc. SUPER DESCA STONE wets and reacts with iron oxides, which have colors varying from yellow and yellow-brown which can lead to brown, turning them into iron salts colorless or slightly grayish white, with the consequent removal of surface stains.

FEATURES:

* Liquid oily consistency.

* Colorless to light yellow-brown.

* Slightly foaming for its contents in surfactants.

* Does not contain chlorides or sulfates.

* It does not produce vapour under standard conditions of use.

* High cocentrated product, it allows strong dilutions according to its use.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

* Cleaning rust stains on mineral surfaces, vertical and horizontal, such as facades, flooring, monuments, garden decorative items, etc.

* Cutting, machining and processing of natural stone (granite, marble, etc..).

* Treatment of stone materials showing iron minerals (such as pyrite, pyrrhotite (magnetic pyrites), marcasite, magnetite, etc..) embedded in natural stones of non dark colors.
