TECMA PAINT FACHADAS

TECMA PAINT® FACHADAS is an elastic coating designed to protect facades from humidity caused by rain, outdoor condensation, environmental humidity etc., as well as from the carbonation of cement surfaces. Its formula allows it to interact with the light of the sun, even on a cloudy day, leaving a coating which is elastic but not sticky – thus avoiding the accumulation of dust or dirt.
Thanks to its ability to bridge any cracks that may form, the facade’s waterproofing remains unaltered.
As the product cleans itself when it rains, it enhances the appearance of the facades and ensures they always maintain their initial appearance.

PROPERTIES:
* Permanent elasticity from -20ºC to 70ºC
* High capacity for bridging cracks that may form
* Allows surfaces to breathe naturally
* Protects surfaces from carbonation
* Does not attract dust or dirt
* Highly weather-resistant, does not turn yellow
* Waterproofs and decorates facades, making other treatments unnecessary
