CLEAR TRANSPARENT WATERPROOFING COATING BASED ON SILANIZED POLYMER

DESCRIPTION:
Mono-component product based on the latest generation silanized polymer, which forms an elastic, waterproof and transparent membrane. The product has been designed ready to be used, without primer, in the  aterproofing of roofs, terraces, skylights, balconies or on small surfaces such as sinks, shower trays, planters, etc.
It is resistant to UV radiation, and cures in the presence of humidity at room temperature, so it has good adhesion on wet surfaces.
It is a durable, practical and simple solution for maintenance or waterproofing against water and moisture leaks.

PROPERTIES:
– Clear transparent.
– Ready for use.
– No surface stickiness when curing.
– Good wet adhesion.
– Excellent adhesion on porous and vitrified supports; brick, concrete or cementitious mortar, glass, tile.
– Passable.
– Resistant to aging by solar radiation.
– Free of silicones, solvents or isocyanates; (very low VOCs and odor).
